In this podcast, our guest is Helen Walker who is a Physio for Athletes. The reason I wanted to get Helen on the podcast today is because she’s been doing screenings for the number of my swimmers because they want to get checked up if they’re inflexible in any areas or if they need to strengthen any parts of their body to make them a more well rounded and complete swimmer so that they not only swim better but avoid injuries.

Some of the common traits or common flaws that he sees in swimmers going into running and how as a swimmer, how you can change them and start to look like a runner. Also, how you can improve your times and results.
