He just completed the Double Ultra World Cup in Hungary. What that is, is a double ironman. So think of ironman and double the distance. He did extremely well and ended up winning this event by about 3 hours.

In this podcast, my guest is Aaron Davis from Venture. Aaron runs an adventure travel company . He is the one running behind the scenes stuff for The Great Ocean Road Trip in February 2014. The reason why I am running this trip with Aaron is because I want to be able to focus on the coaching aspect of things with the swimming holidays that we are starting this year.
