He just completed the Double Ultra World Cup in Hungary. What that is, is a double ironman. So think of ironman and double the distance. He did extremely well and ended up winning this event by about 3 hours.

In this podcast, my guest is Aaron Davis from Venture. Aaron runs an adventure travel company . He is the one running behind the scenes stuff for The Great Ocean Road Trip in February 2014. The reason why I am running this trip with Aaron is because I want to be able to focus on the coaching aspect of things with the swimming holidays that we are starting this year. This will allow me to  focus more on the people that come with me on to the trips and the coaching aspect of it.
